Glassworks II

This historic 5-story masonry structure, has survived many uses to be renovated into 30,000 square feet of mixed-use office and residential condominiums.  The building’s unique character of exposed brick and heavy timber construction combined with modern amenities creates a unique urban character in the heart of the city.

Weyland Ventures undertook renovation of the former Goodwill building and minimum-security facility to offer another residential and commercial option in the Glassworks District. The firm designed the new condo layouts, supervised construction, and continues to manage the building.
